ClawPump keeps 25% of creator fees. All of the other 75% goes to burns and the treasury; none of it pays the team. ClawPump pays it to vault 0 of the disclosed Squads multisig, a payout address fixed at launch. Fees accrue there untouched until the treasury program exists; then a Squads spending limit forwards them to the program and nowhere else, and any other move needs two of the multisig's three signers. The seed is the team's capital contribution to trade with, not revenue. At least 80% of any AnsemHack cash winnings go into it: they wait in vault 2 of the same multisig, with every transfer published, and are deposited when the treasury program exists.
